We have five UNIQUE homes situated on a 40 acre artist preserve containing large open fields with all kinds of wildlife (deer, turkeys, birds and eagles), as well as 3 lakes. The largest lake is great for swimming, fishing and rowing. Be sure to feel replenished by the natural beauty this property has to offer. So if you need some nature in your life then look no further!

The property was developed by a masterful artist who transformed it from what used to be a duck farm into an artist studio preserve.

This is a home on a secluded Lake. Private 40 acre nature sanctuary. 3 Lakes, forests, swimming pool, lake views, and deck. This is your little piece of heaven. A private oasis 1.5 hours from NYC and 15 minutes from Southampton town. Also, a stones throw from gorgeous ocean and bay beaches. Perfectly situated between North and South Forks, right off the 495. This home sleeps 6 guests with 4 bedrooms (5 beds) & 4.5 baths.

It’s almost like staying in a hotel room but the room is a house. You acquire the simplicity and intimacy of an individual space while experiencing features like tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and a custom finished subway tiled bathroom. It definitely conducts an exciting and new experience. Behind the tiny home there is a nice big FIRE PIT for guest to enjoy! A perfect place to regenerate your love of the outdoors. In the bedroom there is a big TV! Please note that there is no WIFI but most adaptors are provided for connecting from your smart phone or computer to the TV. If you have a back up of movies/shows definitely bring it! This property is for 2 guests only. With 1 bedroom & 1 bath.

It is super close to the North Fork and one hour and a half from New York City. Come visit for a private, quiet and natural escape.
